- Can't log into the site?

This is is caused for a few reasons and is easy to correct.
- First, clean out your cache, temporary internet files or cookies, then refresh the page and try again
- Second, try to log into the site from a different browser like FireFox, Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer
- Have you activated your account from the email sent to your personal inbox?
- Check to ensure that you have the correct spelling of your username and password (this must be exact)
- I did not receive my activation email?

There could be a few reasons why you did not receive the activation email to your email account.
- You did not place CaptainPhilHarris.com on your email accept list also called the Whitelist
- Your activation email could be in your junk or spam folders
- The email address you entered was incorrect
- Your email account may have an automatic spam blocker which requires our side to send confirmation.
- I reset my password and receive a bad token response?

After you receive a token and you post this into the password reset, you may receive an error that says "Bad token". This can be caused by a few issues with your browser, but can be corrected.
- After you receive this message back up a page, you may find that you are already logged in and can edit your details
- Clean out your internet cache, cookies and/or temporary internet files and try the process again
- How can I change my login details?

If you are logged into the system you can change or alter your log in details.
- Go to the main menu
- Scroll over the Fans tab
- Under profile click on edit details
- Change and save
- How to stop receiving multiple emails?

By default each user is slated to receive all messages from the community. This includes wall posts, comments, group messages and bulletins. Bascially all the activity going on in the site. How to fix this is simple, quick and painless.
- Go the main menu
- Roll your curser over the Fans menu item
- (if logged in) Look under the Profile tab for Privacy Settings
- Select Privacy Setting and change to your prefrences
- Save and close
- Facebook connection?

The Facebook connection is set up for FB users to use their same username and password on this site. This will also connect your FB account to this social network. It can import your details so you do not have to enter them again, thus saving time and mental space trying to remember passwords and usernames. Consider this a courtsey tool, which you can elect or not elect to use.
